Refund Policy
Paysants does not offer refunds or cancellations once a payment is made through the payment gateway, except in the following situations:
- If a customer’s card or bank account is debited multiple times due to a technical glitch, or if an incorrect higher amount is charged in a single transaction due to a system error, the excess amount (minus payment gateway fees) will be refunded.
- If a payment is taken from the customer’s card or bank account but the transaction does not go through because of a technical issue.
- Customers need to request a refund by providing the transaction number and the original payment receipt, if available, from when the payment was made.
